Information on how to access the Artinis Support Center

The Support Center is available only to Artinis customers. Please read and follow the instructions below carefully to get access.

It is possible for multiple people from the same lab to have an account each, but make sure you provide the correct information 

To give you access to the Support Center we need the information in the table below.

To get access to the Support center, send an email to askforinfo@artinis.com.

The Subject should be : Access to Support Center

Body should contain the information below. You can either copy-paste the table below and send the filled in table in the email, or you can just provide the information without the table, as long as it is easy to match a field to the information you provide.

Name of device owner

Affiliation of device owner

Your name (if different from device owner)

Your affiliation (if different from device owner)

SysID(s)

If device was purchased through distributor, name of distributor.
